In this role, we are looking for a seasoned B2B professional that holds the drive and ambition to expand our current business with customers like Burger King, while finding new business opportunities across Europe and Asia.

The successful candidate will be face to face with our customers and have the autonomy to define the best product-portfolio per customer while proposing new business that match our strategy.

The professional that we are looking for has multiple years of front-line sales experience, led negotiations with customers through tenders on (value-add) private label, knows and leads the end-to-end process of projects and knows how to manage internal and external stakeholders (DMU).

Global Account Manager QSR


Located in Amersfoort and part of the global accounts team in close connection with Business Development, Market Supply, and Finance the success candidate will be responsible for:

  • Translate the overarching sales strategy and objectives on volume, returns, and market shares
  • Realise turnover and margin objectives of the account plans
  • Initiate and maintain relations with customers, monitoring the developments and performance
  • Manage sales promotion packages based on the account plan and sales forecasts
  • Grow by building new relationships, collecting, analyzing and translating market info



  • Masters degree
  • 5-8 years of (food service) sales experience
  • Experience in (added value) private label business
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, international experience is a pre
  • Good spoken/written knowledge in French and English (preferably also German and Dutch)


  • Capabilities to maintain and strengthen relationships with customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Drive to grow our business and thinks in opportunities
  • Strong networking skills and persuasiveness
